UPDATE: HIGH ROAD has won Best Directing (International) and Best Production (Oceania) at the Montreal Webfest.

Webfest Montréal has announced its official selections – with New Zealand web series High Road making the cut. (High Road has already made official selection, or nominated for awards, at ISA6 (Indie Series Awards), Hollyweb Fest, Seattle Web Fest, and TOFF.)

The best web series in competition will be judged by a panel of professionals to win one of the prizes at the festival Webfest Montréal fence gala May 15th and May 16th, 2015.

  • Low life – drama AUST
  • I luv U but Season 2 – comedy/drama AUST
  • Noirhouse – black comedy AUST
  • Dayne’s world – documentary AUST


Les Prix Webfest de Montréal, a non profit organisation, organises Webfest Montréal : the first international festival dedicated to web series in Montréal. Their aim is to promote the work of artisans of web series internationally and to contribute to the development of the digital entertainment market.

The web festival will be an opportunity to exchange, meet the various players of this industry and discover original creations. An awards gala will close the Webfest Montréal rewarding the best productions in competition.
